History of the Planet Earth (giant)

Press:Schofield & Sims Ltd Schofield & Sims (June 1, 2012)

This incredible poster tells the history of our planet through a timeline of geological ages.
Details on how the earth has changed over time are also given, with descriptions of the four main geological periods (Precambrian, Palaeozoic, Mesozoic and Cenozoic) and the evolution of plants and animals.
Creatures and living things are divided into the categories: eubacteria; cyanobacteria; archea; eukaryotes; fungi; invertebrates; plants; chordates; mammals.
The development of each category is illustrated by an annotated strip of colour, changing thickness to indicated dominance.

  •     Excellent poster for my classroom Earth History unit. Text is small, but the quality of detail is superb. I highly recommend.

  •     The facts look great. But it was rolled in and it has been hard to uncurl it. And since this was for our homeschool class wall it has been hard to hang up. I got it up but it came down. Which it hung easier.
