- My son continues in the series looking for more books bought them usef good quality
- Our family loves the Tiny Titans monthly comic book, so when I saw this prose chapter book for young fans, I was giddy. Our four-year-old daughter has asked us to read it to her twice and she has already shared it with her preschool class. In the story, elementary aged versions of popular characters from DC Comics go on a school camping trip. Only hilarity ensues.Nothing scary, nothing preachy, no superhero action -- just tons of fun.
- As a long time comic book collector I wanted to get my then 3 and 6 year old kids into comic books too.At the local comic store, I discovered the Tiny Titans comics which we have been buying each month. These comics have great art and funny stories that my 6 year old can spend hours reading. My 3 year old just loves looking at the pictures and carries the comic book with him to preschool and in the car.Problem is that the regular comic books are flimsy and fall apart quite easily so we end up using lots of tape to keep them together. These graphic novels which compile 3-4 comics in one book are way more sturdy and have yet to fall apart like the regular comics.
- My son loves Tiny Titans and Tiny Titans Go Camping! is just another in a great series of graphic novels/comics from Art Baltazar. I could see Titans appealing to both boys and girls in the 5/6-8 year old range. The stories generally depict interpersonal relationships and happenings rather than more fantastical themes and the storylines are pretty mild and appropriate for younger children.
